Francisco Calderon Zavala is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in electrical design and consulting. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer II at DEDC, LLC, responsibilities include developing design construction drawings for research/testing lab equipment and office renovations. Previously, experience includes roles as a Design Engineer and Assistant Project Manager at DIAMOND STATE ENGINEERING, INC., focusing on electrical renovations at military facilities. Additional background includes administrative duties at ASPIRA of Delaware, where contributions were made to educational programs for Latino youth, as well as hands-on support roles during academic tenure at the University of Delaware, including work as a Teacher Assistant and Undergraduate Researcher. Francisco holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an Apprentice Electrician License from Paul M. Hodgson Vo-tech High School.
