Melissa Puglia

Melissa Puglia possesses extensive culinary experience, having worked in various esteemed positions within the food industry. Since October 2018, Melissa has been engaged in cooking at Dedham Country & Polo Club. Prior to this, a significant tenure as Sous Chef at Marriott Hotels spanned from March 2010 to October 2018. Melissa also served as Chef de Cuisine at Eli's Restaurant from February 2001 to October 2010, where responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and menu development. Earlier experience includes working as Sous Chef at The Oyster Cabin from February 1997 to November 2001, overseeing general kitchen operations. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, completing studies between 1996 and 2000.
