Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff and play a pivotal part in driving our company’s strategic growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to support and define, develop, and track strategic initiatives and projects aligned with our business goals.

· Partner with teams across the company to analyze function-specific key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and drive those improvements to completion.

· Provide periodic metric-based reports demonstrating progress towards goal attainment and the measurable effect of selected actions against those metrics

· Play a leading role in developing, implementing, and owning guidelines, processes, and systems tailored for scaling our business during periods of rapid growth.

· Transform strategic insights into actionable, measurable operational plans and ensure their effective implementation.

· Support the Chief of Staff in preparing materials for board presentations and meetings.

About You:

Experience and Background

· Minimum 2 years (3 + years ideal) of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or other analytically intensive roles.

Skills & Abilities

· Strong ability to translate data and market insights into actionable strategies for leadership.

· Experience identifying, selecting, developing, and tracking organization wide key KPIs

· Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing cross-functional initiatives

· Deep knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and essential metrics pertinent to Enterprise SaaS

· Proficiency in Excel, with experience in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) being a significant advantage.

· Agile, proactive, and the capacity to quickly adapt to change.
