Susovan Sasmal has over nine years of experience in the field of management, currently serving as a Management Trainee at Deejay Farms since June 2014, focusing on new market development. Prior to this role, Susovan completed a summer traineeship at Sinochem India Pvt. Ltd. in mid-2013. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Agri-Business and Plantation Management from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management, completed between 2012 and 2014, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Heritage Academy, obtained from 2008 to 2011.
