Efosa Emuze

Efosa Emuze is currently the Service Operations Manager at Deel. Prior to this, Efosa was an Operations Analyst at Aurea Software from February 2021 to December 2021. In this role, Efosa was responsible for expediting new customers' adoption of Aurea's portfolio of cloud enterprise solutions through the delivery of an excellent onboarding experience. This included setup and troubleshooting on Azure Git, merging code from develop branch to master branch, complex analysis and report generation from multiple sources, level 3 troubleshooting for CIS and EDI systems, and working closely with clients to investigate and analyze technical issues. Efosa was also responsible for writing and reviewing SQL queries on complex database systems, providing system expertise during requirement gathering, reviewing QA test cases and creating clear user documentations. In addition, Efosa deployed and provided support on Aurea's portfolio of cloud enterprise solutions to drive and maintain efficient business process automation in line with customers' unique needs.

Efosa Emuze holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Redeemer's University. Efosa is also certified by Microsoft in AZ-301 Microsoft Azure Architect Design, and by ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK in ICSI | CNSS Certified Network Security Specialist. In addition, they hold certifications from Oracle in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect Professional, and from CyberArk in CyberArk Certified Trustee.

Efosa Emuze reports to Hiring, Service Operations Lead. They are on a team with Derrick Ochago - Service Operations Manager, Jesuloluwa Olaoye - Service Operations Manager, and Kishore Krishnamoorthy - Service Operations Manager.
