Jenn Kutchinski

Jenn Kutchinski is a seasoned professional in customer onboarding and partner success with extensive experience in the event staffing and marketing industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Onboarding at Deel since March 2024, Kutchinski plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting new clients. Prior to this, Kutchinski was a Cause Entrepreneur at ONEHOPE Wine and held a managerial position at Justworks, where the focus was on delivering a high-quality onboarding experience for small businesses. As the Head of Partner Success at PINATA, Kutchinski was instrumental in building and managing a community of staffing partners, overseeing their success journey, and collaborating with product teams to enhance service offerings. With previous roles at ForceBrands, 24 Seven Inc., Brand Connections, and Momentum Worldwide, Kutchinski has developed strong skills in client strategy, program management, and team leadership, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University.
