Jordan Racklin-Costello

Jordan Racklin-Costello is a Customer Success Manager at Deel. Prior to Deel, Jordan was an Math Instructor at Elevate K-12 from August 2020 to April 2021. While at Elevate, Jordan was responsible for instructing students in a live, interactive, online format while collaborating with stakeholders to meet student needs. Jordan also analyzed class assignments and assessment data, increasing efficiency and proficiency among the lessons and learners. Jordan Racklin-Costello was also a Math Department Content Lead at Denver Public Schools from August 2015 to July 2020. At Denver Public Schools, Jordan facilitated math training to build capacity of employees, increase teacher retention, and support equity in the classroom. Prior to Denver Public Schools, Jordan was a Teacher Intern at Novi Community School District from August 2014 to June 2015. As a Teacher Intern, Jordan was responsible for designing engaging instruction in all core subjects for 55 students including half the year of lead teaching. Jordan also differentiated instruction for a class of 15% English Language Learners and 20% low performing and advanced students in order to meet the needs of all individuals and learning styles.
