Kerri Swope

Kerri Swope currently serves as the Head of Payroll Operations at Deel since November 2024. Previously, Kerri held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Check from July 2023 to July 2024, where responsibilities included leading the operational organization and implementing scalable strategies across various operational functions. Before that, Kerri was the Chief Customer Officer at ESO from September 2021 to May 2023, focusing on enhancing customer service experiences in the data solutions sector for EMS and fire departments. Kerri's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Customer Operations at Gusto and as VP of Care.com HomePay, where leadership encompassed operations, marketing, and financial performance. Kerri holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
