Lalsa Budhwar

Lalsa Budhwar is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently working at Deel since October 2023. Previously, Lalsa held roles at Snowplow from August 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing mid-market customer success and serving as a customer success specialist. Prior to that, Lalsa worked at Airsorted in various city launcher roles, driving operations and business growth in new markets such as San Diego and Tel Aviv, as well as developing account management skills. Lalsa's early career included teaching English at British Council, marketing assistance, and HR work placements, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Human Geography from The University of Sheffield.
