Sophie Douillet is a seasoned professional in customer success and marketing, currently serving as Customer Success Manager for EMEA at Deel since October 2023. Prior to this, Sophie held various roles at Atera, including Customer Success Team Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager focused on the French market, from April 2021 to October 2023. Sophie’s experience at Wibbitz spanned six years, where important roles included Director of Strategic Partnerships EMEA & Product Insights, driving customer adoption and satisfaction within the SAAS industry. Additional experience includes marketing management positions at Alliance Communication and CHANTAL TEMAM - Bain de Nuit, alongside project management at SFR.
