Xiaoshu Zhao

Xiaoshu (Vinnie) Zhao is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and business development across various industries. Currently serving as a Mid-Market Account Executive at Deel since May 2024, Vinnie focuses on building relationships with mid-sized businesses to drive growth for the global hiring platform. Prior to Deel, Vinnie held positions as a Business Development Manager at iDeals, where the focus was on expanding market share in North China, and as a Senior Account Executive at data.ai, targeting new business in Taiwan and central and Southwest China. Vinnie's earlier career includes significant roles at SAP, where responsibilities spanned key account management in the discrete manufacturing and insurance sectors, and as a Sales Manager at Meltwater, where team leadership and training were central to success.
