Hugo Moura is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology-driven sectors. Currently, Hugo serves as a Shareholder and Director for Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Human Resources at TECSYS DO BRASIL INDUSTRIAL LTDA since July 2013, focusing on the development and support of professional electronic equipment for various applications. Concurrently, Hugo holds the position of Angel Investor and Board Member at DeepESG since August 2020. Previously, Hugo founded and developed Sygma from 1996 to 2013, which specialized in energy and aerospace technologies, and contributed to the establishment of VSE - VALE SOLUÇÕES EM ENERGIA, concentrating on sustainable energy solutions. Additionally, Hugo played a significant role at TECTELCOM in quality control and ISO certification from 1996 to 1999 and served in the Brazilian Air Force from 1967 to 1996, culminating in the rank of Colonel, with a focus on fighter piloting and systems development.
