Customer Care Specialist at Deep Sentinel

Victoria Carroll has worked in various roles since 1988. Victoria began their career as a Computer Support Technician at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. In this role, they provided Tier I support for log aggregation and monitoring, Symantec, Identity Management, classified/unclassified network intrusion detection, and monitored daily Cyber Security reports and numerous alerts for management. Victoria was also the lead trainer for new employees and responsible for all SOC procedures, both creation and maintaining. In 2009, they began working as a Cashier at BevMo!. In 2012, they became an Independant Fitness Coach at Beachbody. In 2015, they became the CEO/Instructor at V-Fit Fitness My Way, a nonprofit organization that offers fitness classes and workshops to empower women and children. Finally, in 2018, they began working as a Customer Care Specialist and LSC Agent at Deep Sentinel. At Deep Sentinel, they monitor clients' homes 24/7 to detect, protect, and prevent potential crime before it happens. If the artificial intelligence detects suspicious activity, they are responsible for making a split-second decision to intervene or not via two-way audio.

Victoria Carroll obtained a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco between 1995 and 1997. Victoria also obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Heald College-Hayward between 1985 and 1986. In October 2014, they obtained a certification in PiYo from Beachbody.
