Debbie Dowling has over 30 years of experience in the information technology field. Debbie is currently a partner at Deep Water Point, a federal contractor specializing in IT solutions for the US government. Debbie has also held senior executive positions at InfoPro Inc., SAIC, and Electronic Data Systems. Throughout their career, Debbie has been responsible for business development, client sales and delivery, and division management. Debbie's experience and expertise have made their a valuable asset to their current company and their previous employers.

Debbie Dowling received their BBA in Management Information Systems from James Madison University and their MS in Computer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi. Debbie also attended Cave Spring and James Madison University.
