Howard C. Seeger

Mr. Howard Seeger is the founder and managing partner and chief executive officer of Deep Water Point. A well respected senior executive and business leader, Mr. Seeger has assembled a team of former senior government and industry executives to assist Deep Water Point clients in navigating the public sector market to reach their business goals. This group of talented leaders provides complete life cycle consulting services that enable Deep Water Point clients to pursue both strategic and tactical opportunities in support of their federal objectives.

Prior to establishing Deep Water Point, Mr. Seeger held numerous executive leadership positions in which he was responsible for upwards of $400 million in federal business revenue. As vice president of sales for Qwest, Mr. Seeger created a new business unit that owned the portfolio of systems integrators involved in outsourcing engagements throughout federal, state and local governments as well as commercial enterprise markets. He also developed go-to-market strategies to expand business into all federal government agencies. Over a four year period, Mr. Seeger grew Qwest’s government services revenue from $75 million to $400 million.

Throughout Mr. Seeger’s career, he has exceeded goals in sales leadership, strategic planning for multi-national organizations and has proven his ability to create value propositions for corporate lines of business. His ability to create long term, trusted relationships within the federal government and the related business community, coupled with his knowledge and understanding of how to succeed in the federal marketplace, has afforded him the opportunity to create the impressive Deep Water Point team and bring that value to his clients.

Mr. Seeger is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MS in Information Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School.
