Job description

We are seeking a Product Requirements Manager to ensure accurate capture of and adherence to customer and top-level functional requirements throughout the Product Development Lifecycle for all DEEP products.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Product Requirements Manager, you will work primarily with Product Managers to both establish top level product requirements and author and manage the execution of the Validation and Verification activities to prove that the resulting products have met those requirements.

  • Apply Requirements Management principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Validation and Verification, Production, Utilisation, Support, and Retirement.
  • Be highly visible and interact externally with customers and internally with Product Managers and Functional Managers to resolve technical considerations, associated problems, issues, and conflicts.
  • Help cross-functional teams prioritise development work.
  • Set and manage expectations with product stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Trace requirements and manage changes throughout the development process.
  • Identify interdependencies with other requirements, and ensure impact analysis before implementing any changes.

Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience usually associated with two years of requirements management activity and responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline, or equivalent, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, investigative and design skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
