Gerda Kalpokaite has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gerda started their career as a Research Assistant at One World Research in 2006 and later worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern Denmark, where they organized and coordinated experiments on human behavior and assisted with content creation.

Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management of Advertising at Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they studied Marketing at the University of Nicosia from 2007 to 2008 as part of their Bachelor in Business Administration degree.

In 2010, Gerda began their postgraduate studies at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark and earned a Masters of Art degree in International Business, Language, and Culture, specializing in Marketing and Communication. Gerda completed their master's program in 2012. During this time, they also attended Lærdansk sprogskole from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a PD3 degree in Danish Language.

To enhance their skills further, Gerda attended TietgenSkolen from 2012 to 2014, specializing in Danish Language and obtaining an FVU Dansk certification.
