Adam Steinharter has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and operations. Currently, they serve as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Operations at Deepgram, a foundational AI company. Previously, Adam worked as a Principal Recruiter at X, the moonshot factory, where they led recruiting for the Everyday Robot Project. Adam also held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition & Operations at Everyday Robots, a company born from X and Google. Adam has experience at Lacuna Technologies as Head of Talent and at SurveyMonkey as a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and Senior Technical Recruiter. Adam has also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at StumbleUpon and as the Head of Talent at Involver (acquired by Oracle) and Lead Recruiter at Adchemy (acquired by Walmart.com). Adam started their career as a Technical Sourcer at Google.

Adam Steinharter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in History from UC Santa Barbara. Adam also obtained a Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification from Textio in 2021.
