What? [You'll be doing] 👀
As a Solution Engineer, you’ll build strong customer relationships with stakeholders across different levels of seniority, including technical stakeholders in an organisation (e.g. Data Scientists, Engineers, CTO’s) as well as business stakeholders (e.g. Risk, Compliance, and Privacy officers. You’ll be part of our sales organization, but work closely with our customer teams. Your responsibilities:
- Discovering and translating customer's strategic priorities and problem statements into high impact use cases leveraging Deeploy during the sales process.
- Giving demos, supporting our sales team and customers in building business cases and designing and scoping proof of value projects which demonstrate the value Deeploy delivers for the customer within a short amount of time.
- Onboarding and working with various of our customers' teams (domain experts, product, engineering, data science) to help them solve real-world problems. You
- Working with product management to translate your knowledge of customer problems into product insights to shape Deeploy’'s product roadmap.
- Creating reusable collateral, best practices & tools to help scale your knowledge and expertise across the sales engineering function.
- Giving feedback to our product team and sharing results of your discovery with go to market functions.
Minimum Qualifications: 🚶♀️
- Live for Customer Value: You have at least 1-3 years of experience working within Enterprise / "high touch" Solution Engineering, as a technical Customer Success Manager / Engineer in a B2B SaaS company or as (Technical) Consultant.
- Data & Analytics: You have experience in working in data and analytics projects, and are able to work closely together with technical stakeholders.
- You hold a Bachelor or Masters degree (University or HBO) in a technical area, like engineering, econometrics, data science, AI or similar.
- You’re fluent in both English and Dutch.
"Nice to have" Qualifications: 🏃♀️
- Business domain expertise: You have acquired domain expertise in regulated industries, like the financial services industry (banking, insurance, etc.), healthcare or public market (semi-government and government)

- Step 2: You’ll have a quick 20-minute introduction call, typically we will let you know about all the great stuff we’re working on, prepare you for the rounds, and answer any questions you may have. Furthermore, we’ll find out a bit more about you on this call.
- Step 3: We invite you for another meeting, preferably with 2 team members. This time we will give you a sales case to prepare in advance. We value your time, so we timebox the challenge to a maximum of 3 hours. Remember, experience is a nice bonus, but we mainly look at your sales and solution engineer potential and team fit.
