Tereza Machackova

Tereza Machackova is the current head of people at Deepnote. Tereza has extensive experience in the talent and human resources field. Machackova has held previous positions at Credo Ventures, Around, On Deck, ReactGirlsPrague, Femme Palette, and Productboard. At Deepnote, Machackova is responsible for leading and developing the people strategy for the company. This includes attracting and retaining top talent, managing performance and culture, and developing employee engagement programs.

Tereza Machackova is a Master of Engineering who specializes in international studies, economics, and software architecture. Tereza is originally from Mendel University in Brno, and they have a certification in Domain-Driven Design from LinkedIn.
