Ashley Rich

Ashley Rich has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ashley joined Deepwatch in 2022 as a Principal Recruiter, where they support the company's cloud SecOps platform and customer focus. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Sales Recruiter at IronNet Cybersecurity from 2021 to 2022. Ashley also served as a Talent Acquisition Leader for Americas Sales at McAfee from 2018 to 2020. Before McAfee, Ashley worked at Brocade as a Talent Acquisition Leader for Americas Sales & Marketing teams. Additionally, they have experience as a VP of Sales & Recruiting at Seneca Resources, Inc. and a Sr. Account Executive at The Goal Inc. Ashley has also held various roles at Bayside Solutions and TEKsystems, including Sr. Manager of National Accounts and Sr. Business Development Manager. Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated leadership and expertise in managing recruitment efforts and driving sales.

Ashley Rich attended George Mason University from 1988 to 1992, majoring in Psychology.
