Gabrielle Briganti

Gabrielle Briganti is a Communications Associate at Deerfield Management since March 2023, previously holding the roles of Editorial Associate and Executive Assistant. From July 2020 to March 2023, Gabrielle served as an Executive Assistant at SL Green Realty Corp., providing support to the COO.
