Ann Hart

Ann Hart has extensive experience in human resources, having held key positions at various organizations over the past two decades. Ann served as the Director of Human Resources at Deerwood Bank from January 2012 to January 2015 and continued to develop their expertise as the Human Resources Manager at Indelco Plastics Corporation from January 2015 to January 2022 and at Hilltop Camper & RV from June 2022 to April 2023. Prior to these roles, Ann was the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist at American Bank of St. Paul from January 2000 to January 2011. Ann holds a B.A. in Business Management and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
