Jennifer H. has extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Jennifer began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Adviser at Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust, where they provided frontline service to residents and handled queries effectively. In 2008, Jennifer worked as a Sales Host at Chiltern Railways. The following year, they briefly served as a Communicator at CPM UK Limited, resolving calls from teachers and authorities regarding National Curriculum tests.

Jennifer joined Defaqto in 2009 and held various roles during their tenure. Jennifer started as a Contract & Licensing Executive, responsible for contract administration and CRM system management across the business. Later on, they became the Contract and Licensing Manager, overseeing contract amendments and issuing contracts for customers. Since 2023, Jennifer has been working as the Customer Insights Manager at Defaqto. In this role, they act as the product owner for the Dynamics 365 CRM system, delivering improvements and providing data-driven insights into business performance. Additionally, they lead projects involving internal systems and business change management.

Jennifer H. attended the University of Leeds from 2003 to 2007, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Creative Writing. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification from Microsoft in June 2022. Additionally, Jennifer achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2023.
