Khara Williams has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Khara currently serves as the National Head of Strategic Partnerships and Lending at Defence Bank, where they are responsible for implementing strategies for sustainable growth and engaging with government officials and key stakeholders. Khara also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Veteran Support Force. Prior to their current roles, Khara worked at Westpac, where they held various positions including Director of Premier Banking and Regional General Manager.
