Wilfred Yang

Wilfred Yang is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Defence Science & Technology Agency since September 2015, where leadership of talent attraction and employer branding initiatives is emphasized. Prior to this, Wilfred held roles at A*STAR, including Assistant Head for Strategic Planning and Talent Development, focusing on HR analytics and competency programs. Earlier career experience includes leading efforts in reshaping vocational education for special needs children at the Ministry of Education and managing product engineering processes at Micron Technology.
