Carine Osusky

Carine Osusky is an experienced professional with a strong background in business process management and operations within the insurance and service industries. Currently serving as the Business Process Manager at DEFEND INSURANCE GROUP since January 2018, Carine is responsible for designing and improving organizational processes to align with strategic goals. Previously, Carine held the role of Country Manager (UK), overseeing a multi-functional shared services center. As the Founder and CEO of Melbourne Explorers from 2013 to 2017, Carine successfully launched a social events business that achieved profitability in its first year. Earlier experience includes managing operations at The Warranty Group and ANZIIF, where Carine focused on customer service and process improvement. Carine began a career in corporate travel management at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) AU/NZ. Carine holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Business/Management from La Trobe University.
