Mohammed Kabir

Mohammed Kabir currently serves as the Acting Director of the Diversity and Equal Opportunity Office (DEO) at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), having previously held the position of Deputy Director and Chief Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer in the same office. Kabir has extensive experience in equal employment opportunity roles across various government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, National Guard Bureau, USAID, and FEMA. Responsibilities have included managing diversity programs, handling discrimination complaints, and advising on EEO matters. Kabir's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
