Roy Hawkins serves as the Regional Director at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency since December 2022. Prior to this role, Hawkins dedicated over 13 years to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, ultimately holding the position of Unit Chief, where responsibilities included program management for counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and criminal investigations, as well as leading teams to assess threats and enhance investigative actions. Hawkins also acted as the Regional Program Coordinator at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence from July 2014 to December 2021, facilitating collaboration within the intelligence community. Earlier experience includes serving as a GEOINT Staff Officer at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Roy Hawkins holds a Master's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Liberty University.
