Nicholas Bartolotta

Nicholas Bartolotta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and financial management across various sectors, including government and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the Site Support Office at DFAS, Nicholas oversees the coordination and supervision of essential support services at the DFAS Cleveland Site. Previously, Nicholas held positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Operating Financial Officer at The Foundry Community Rowing and Sailing Center, where responsibilities included strategic planning and daily operations oversight. Nicholas's military background includes significant roles in the U.S. Coast Guard, where leadership was demonstrated as District Chief of Staff, Great Lakes Chief of Operations, and Commanding Officer at USCG Air Station Atlantic City, among others. An experienced strategist, Nicholas also contributed to the Chief of Naval Operations Strategic Studies Group. Nicholas holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Aviation Safety Management and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the USCG Academy.
