Jessica McCarthy

Jessica McCarthy currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Strategic Initiatives Group at the Defense Logistics Agency since August 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Battle Captain and Military Assistant to DA G4 within the US Army, as well as roles such as Logistics Officer and Director of Logistics in various capacities within the United States Military. In earlier positions, Jessica functioned as a Future Operations Log Planner, overseeing logistical support operations and managing substantial equipment and resources valued at millions of dollars. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College and a Master's degree in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
