Lance Cangelosi

Lance Cangelosi, DML, serves as a Sourcing Strategy Specialist at the Defense Logistics Agency since November 2022 and concurrently holds the position of Director at the Commercial Bank of Texas since May 2022. With a distinguished 28-year career in the U.S. Army culminating in the rank of Colonel, Lance completed five overseas deployments and three combat tours. Key leadership roles included Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command, where oversight was provided for a 750-member staff managing a 4,000-personnel organization, and General Manager/Brigade Commander, leading post-mobilization training for Army Reserve and National Guard units. Education includes a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, as well as two Master's degrees in Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Regional Development from the University of Utah.
