In 2021, they began their current role as Media Solutions Manager (B2G)- Southeast Region/Key Accounts- Defense News|C4ISRNET|Military Times for Defense News- Sightline Media Group. In 2020, they were the US AD&S Industry Specialist- AMR APAC Region Lead for Asian Military Review. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Director of Federal, Local & Industry Sales for Semforex, Inc. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Jane's in various roles, including Key Account Manager, Media Solutions- Jane's Aerospace, Defense & Security and Senior Sales Executive- Aerospace, Defense & Security.

Lewis Duncan has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Corporate Communications from Elon University, which they obtained between 1989 and 1992. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Commitment to Excellence Sales Education (Richard Tyler International), Miller Heiman Large Account Management, and Miller Heiman Strategic Selling.
