Frank Harshman has extensive experience in the military and nuclear industry, serving in the U.S. Navy Reserve since 2010 in various roles, including Submarine Officer and Machinist Mate 1st Class. Currently, Frank holds the position of Resident Inspector at the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board, following a tenure as Shift Technical Advisor at Y-12 National Security Complex. Previous experience includes roles in Exelon Nuclear as Operations Field Supervisor and Initial License Trainee, as well as positions in Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve and Southern Illinois University. Frank's educational background includes a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, an Associate's degree in Aviation Flight from Southern Illinois University, and a BSAST in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
