Patrick van Loon has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Patrick is the Founder and CEO of Kenhardt | Human Profit, a profit organization focused on assessment, development, advice, and interim management. Patrick also served as the Founder and Shareholder of HRorganizer.com B.V., a platform that improves the match between people and work through talent assessment. Patrick has expertise in the field of e-commerce as the Founder and Shareholder of C-IT-Different B.V., eDifference Magento ecommerce, and Basis Transport B.V. Additionally, Patrick held the role of Managing Director at cut-e Benelux and worked as a Management Consultant at VLC Bedrijfsadviseurs. Currently, they are a Managing Partner at FunktieMediair | Mensen kennen and a Member of the Strategy Board at SBB Ontwikkelen en Bouwen. Patrick is also a Member of the Board of Advisors at Sharesquare.co.

Patrick van Loon completed their education in Business Administration at the Open Universiteit in 1988. Prior to that, they studied Educational theory/pedagogics and education at Katholieke Leergangen Tilburg from 1980 to 1984. Patrick also obtained a HBO degree in Cultural Work from Sociale Academie 'Markendaal', Breda from 1979 to 1983.
