Connor Chmielewski

Connor Chmielewski is an experienced digital marketing professional with a comprehensive background in performance and growth roles. Currently serving as the Head of Performance at Defiant Digital since May 2023, Connor previously held the same title at Step One for a brief period in 2022. Before that, Connor contributed to Devotion as the Head of Growth and Digital Marketing and led efforts at Webprofits in various capacities including Principal Consultant & Growth Lead. Connor began the career at Thinkswell as a Digital Marketing Manager. Educationally, Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in January 2014.
