Jon Mitchell

Jon Mitchell is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in management and operations across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the IT Global Operations Support Manager at Definitive Healthcare since March 2022, Jon previously held significant roles at Tufts Medicine as Information Technology Operations Manager and at Hallmark Health VNA & Hospice as IT Director. With extensive experience in overseeing IT operations at Circle Home and its subsidiary, Jon contributed to leadership roles in the Northern New England chapter of HDI, enhancing the IT industry group's event logistics. Early in Jon's career included managerial positions at Mount Desert Island Hospital and technical support at The Jackson Laboratory.
