David Rymer

David Rymer has worked as a Data and Analysis team lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since August 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Scientific Officer at the same company from November 2021 to October 2023. Before joining the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, they worked as an Impact & Partnership Development Manager at the University of Exeter from March 2018 to November 2021.

David Rymer has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Reading, which they obtained from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they received a Master of Science - MS in Wildlife Management and Conservation from the same university between 2009 and 2010. David also holds a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Swansea University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007.
