Carroll Ganier is a Senior Data Scientist and Statistician at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) since August 2011, where responsibilities include leading teams, architecting, and managing projects to develop an enterprise performance management system using Agile methodologies. Previous roles include serving as a consultant for The Sentinel HS Group, enhancing counter-narcotics and counter-terrorism efforts, and working as a Research Assistant at RAND Corporation, where contributions included qualitative and quantitative analyses of terrorism and military policies, culminating in a RAND "Impact Award." Carroll also held a summer internship at the Office of Management and Budget, developing a data mining tool that became the IT Dashboard, while earlier experience includes serving as a Security Engineering Officer at the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Diplomatic Security. Carroll holds a Master of Public Policy in Homeland Security Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
