Romans Karpelcevs

Romans K. is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in mobile and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at DefSecIntel Solutions, Romans previously held similar leadership roles at Outfunnel and Pipedrive, where expertise in tech strategy and team management was demonstrated. At Pipedrive, Romans led a 20-engineer team focused on mobile product deliveries and platform development in React Native. Additional experience includes positions at Ask.fm, Accenture, and participation as a co-organizer for the DevTernity conference in Latvia. Romans holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and a specialized secondary education in Computer Engineering from Rigas Valsts Tehnikums.
