Bob Rosin

Bob Rosin is a Partner at defy.vc, a venture capital firm with $400M under management focused on early stage technology businesses. Bob is also an Angel Investor, with 17 investments of which three are now unicorns: Stripe, Tenor (GOOG), MindMeld (CSCO), Cursor Data (Data Robot), Workato, Tonal Fitness, Curated, Metric Insights, Next Force Technology, Accord, Cardless, Prairie Health, MyTime, Capchase, TruePlan, Catch, and Ava Finance. Bob is also a Mentor at The Founder Institute, where they train new and seasoned founders on the current best practices for building the next generation of companies. Bob has also served as Advisor & Interim Head of BD at Instawork and Head of Partnerships at Stripe. Prior to that, they were VP Global Business Development at LinkedIn and VP & GM, Business Development, Skype Division at Microsoft.

Bob Rosin has a degree from Harvard Business School, a certificate in Japanese language from the Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies, and a certificate in Japanese language from Keio University. Bob is also a 2nd degree black belt in Aikido and a certified rescue diver.
