Janice Robinson Burns

As a human capital futurist and strategist, Janice develops and implements talent management and development programs that drive business results. Previously the Chief Learning Officer at Mastercard, Janice was responsible for thought leadership on change management and business transformation, as well as the design and implementation of employee learning experiences and development programs globally. Janice has a wide breadth of expertise, leading teams in numerous fields including diversity, global communications, global supply chain, and corporate human resources. Prior to joining Mastercard, Janice worked at Chemical Bank in New York as Assistant Vice President, Consumer Acquisitions Product Manager. Janice earned a master’s degree in public administration from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University. In addition, she completed the University of Michigan’s Advanced Human Resources Executive Program.
