Rachel Harnden

Rachel Harnden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachel is currently employed at Degreed as a Learning Architect Strategist since December 2021. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Mastercard from May 2019 to October 2021 as a Senior Analyst, Learning and Insights. Before joining Mastercard, they worked at Nestlé Nespresso from October 2013 to May 2019, initially as an OMNI Channel Training and Quality Coordinator and later as an OMNI Channel Training and Quality Project Specialist. Rachel also has experience as a Floor Manager at Bar Tartine from August 2012 to October 2013. Rachel began their career at The Culinary Institute of America in April 2009 as a Manager in Training, and their tenure lasted until August 2010.

Rachel Harnden has a diverse education history. Rachel began their education at The Culinary Institute of America from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services. After completing their associate's degree, they attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Vocational High School and Secondary Business/Vocational-Industrial/Occupational Diploma Program. Following this, Rachel Harnden pursued further education at Northeastern University from 2019 to 2021. Here, they earned a Master of Education (MEd) degree specializing in eLearning and Instructional Design.
