Oliver Wegner

Oliver Wegner has a wealth of experience in the IT and e-commerce industry. Oliver currently holds the position of VP Omnichannel IT at Deichmann since July 2022. Prior to this, Oliver worked at Tchibo as Director of Online Platform & Technology from December 2017 to June 2022. Oliver also served as Director of IT/E-Commerce at Thalia from October 2015 to November 2017. Oliver spent a significant portion of their career at OTTO GmbH & Co KG, where they held various roles, including Head of Technical Product Management from July 2011 to September 2015, Manager of Systems E-Commerce from July 2006 to June 2011, and Software Engineer E-Commerce from July 2001 to June 2006.

Oliver Wegner obtained a Dipl. Ing. degree in Computer Science from the Technische Hochschule Lübeck, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
