Henrik Overgaard

Henrik Overgaard has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Henrik has held various leadership positions in companies such as DEIF, A.P. Moller - Maersk, and Wilhelmsen group. Henrik has successfully established global shared services centers, designed compensation packages, and negotiated contracts. Henrik has also been responsible for insourcing and migrating global accounts payable and implementing IT support and operations. Henrik has achieved high employee engagement and leadership scores, improved invoice payment and cost per invoice metrics, and led successful procurement strategies. Henrik has also been involved in talent development initiatives and mental health support frameworks. Henrik began their career as a Casino Dealer before transitioning to customer service roles.

Henrik Overgaard attended Columbia Business School in 2005, where they focused on the fundamentals of management and highlights of an MBA. From 1994 to 1997, they also pursued an education at Maersk International Shipping, although the specific field of study is unknown. Additionally, Henrik obtained a certification as a Predivtive Index Analyst from Praendex Europe in 2003.
