Akshay's earlier experience includes roles at Heidrick & Struggles, where they worked as a Senior Research Analyst from April 2016 to September 2017, supporting associates, consultants, and partners in executive search strategies. Akshay also worked as a Research Analyst at Heidrick & Struggles from May 2014 to March 2016, providing support to consultants and global partners in client services and knowledge building.
Akshay's earliest work experience was as a Qualitative Research Analyst at exëvo from October 2013 to May 2014.
Akshay Nair completed a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Stratford University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in commerce from the University of Rajasthan between 2009 and 2012. Akshay also received a certification in Customer Focus from Harvard Business Publishing in 2014.
