Emmanuelle Cambon has a diverse work experience spanning various research and teaching roles. Emmanuelle began their career in 2004 as a Teaching Assistant at Polytech'Montpellier and CIRAD, before joining INSA Toulouse as a Teaching Assistant in 2007. In 2008, they became a Postdoctoral Researcher at TBI - Toulouse Biotechnology Institute, where they worked until 2011. From 2012 to 2014, Emmanuelle worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Toulouse White Biotechnology (TWB). Emmanuelle then moved on to Deinove, where they started as a Research Scientist in 2014 and later became the Head of Synthetic Biology in June 2018.
Emmanuelle Cambon completed their education in the field of Biochemistry, chemistry, and food technology. From 1998 to 2003, they attended Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse and graduated as an engineer. Emmanuelle then pursued a Master 2 research degree in Biology, Health, and Biotechnology from 2003 to 2004 at the same institution. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2008, Emmanuelle attended Université de Montpellier II to obtain their PhD in Biochemistry, chemistry, and food technology.
