Danielle st-Pierre

Danielle St-Pierre is a highly skilled Senior Food Scientist at DeIorio Foods, Inc., with extensive experience in product development and technical support. Since October 2019, Danielle has coordinated the Product Development Team and developed formulas, procedures, and specifications for new and enhanced products, ensuring successful plant translations for product launches. Previously, as a Corporate Food Scientist, Danielle successfully managed over 90 custom projects and specialized in frozen dough and gluten-free pizza shell development.
