Klaas Braga, PMP™ CSM™ CSPO™

Klaas Braga has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Beginning in 2002, they started as a Conformity Tests Trainee at CPqD. Klaas then moved on to Lucent Technologies as a Technical Sales Engineering Trainee from 2005 to 2006, followed by a brief role as an iDEN Trainee at Motorola in 2007.

In 2007, Braga joined Ericsson as a Systems Integration Trainee, focusing on the integration of a specific solution package called SDP for telecom operators and content providers. Klaas also developed technical capabilities in UNIX, Oracle, and Java.

From 2008 to 2009, Braga worked as a Network Planning Engineer at Padtec S/A before transitioning to a role as a Product Manager. Klaas continued with Padtec S/A as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2018, leading the development and deployment of fiber-optic products. During this time, they managed key projects and programs, with Google being a notable client.

In 2018, Braga joined Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado as a Product Management Specialist, where they played a significant role in ensuring the quality of software integration for Motorola's Android smartphones. Klaas coordinated certification, user, compatibility, and carrier validation tests for various product releases.

Currently, Braga is working at Dejero as a Technical Project Manager. In this role, they manage broadcast equipment and connectivity software projects, redefining project goals into achievable deliverables. Klaas also oversees the improvement of Agile teams as a Scrum Master, removing obstacles and ensuring alignment with business strategies.

Throughout their career, Braga has demonstrated strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive successful product launches and program execution. Klaas holds multiple certifications, including PMP™, DASSM™, CSM™, and CSPO™.

Klaas Braga, PMP™ DASSM™ CSM™ CSPO™ has an extensive education history. Klaas pursued an Occupation Specific Language Training program at Seneca College in 2022, focusing on Technology. Prior to this, they completed a Specialization in People Management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2019 to 2020, specializing in Careers, Leadership, and Coaching. In 2014, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Klaas also holds a Master's degree in Information and Communications Technologies from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), which they acquired from 2009 to 2011. In 2007, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Additionally, they earned a Technician degree in Electronics from Colégio Técnico de Campinas - Unicamp in 2001.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Klaas Braga has obtained several certifications. These include "What Is Disciplined Agile?" from LinkedIn in September 2022, "AI for Everyone" from Coursera in September 2019, and "Formação em Android Embarcado" from Embedded Labworks in September 2018. Klaas is also a certified Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master DASSM™ and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), conferred by the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance, respectively. Klaas obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster - CSM™ in February 2018 and the Project Management Professional - PMP™ certification in January 2017. Furthermore, they hold the Scrum Fundamentals Certified - SFC™ certification, which they obtained from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in November 2017.
