Shandra Scott

Shandra Scott, MBA, currently serves as the Strategy Lead for People Operations at Google and is a Governing Board Member for DeKalb Brilliance Academy. Prior experience includes holding various leadership roles at HP, culminating as the Global Head of Strategy & Leadership for the Talent, Learning & Culture Organization, where responsibilities involved overseeing senior leader talent management and leading HR-driven transformation initiatives. Shandra also contributed to American Express as a Human Resources MBA Intern and held account management positions in marketing firms such as BKV and JWT. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
